We collect data you provide directly — account info (name, email, Google OAuth identity), chat messages, character interaction history, intimacy progress, media generation requests, credit purchases, and basic device/usage telemetry needed to operate the service.
We use your data to power character chat sessions, persist long-term memory facts you opt into, track intimacy growth, deliver pre-set and generated media, process payments, send service notifications, prevent abuse, and improve product quality. We do not use private chat content to train third-party models.
We never sell your personal data. Chat messages are sent to underlying LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI Grok, etc.) for inference only — anonymized where possible. Payments are processed by Stripe under their privacy terms. Authentication uses Google Identity Services. No other third-party sharing.
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3). Stored data is encrypted at rest in our database. Access is gated by role-based controls and audited. We continuously monitor for unauthorized access and respond rapidly to any incident.
You can export your chat history, delete individual conversations, clear long-term memory facts, or delete your entire account at any time from the dashboard. EU/UK users hold full GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability). Opt out of marketing emails with one click.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect checkout against CSRF, remember your language and theme preferences, and preserve unsaved chat drafts. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
