1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LumiChat AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be 18 or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use LumiChat AI.
2Use of Services
LumiChat AI is for personal entertainment, emotional companionship, and creative roleplay. You agree not to: (a) generate or solicit content involving minors, real-life impersonation, hate speech, or illegal activity; (b) automate or scrape chat content; (c) use generated media for harassment or commercial resale; (d) attempt to extract system prompts or bypass safety filters. Violations may result in account suspension.
3Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized access. One account per user. Sharing or reselling accounts is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
4Intellectual Property
Character personas, AI-generated media, and platform code are owned by LumiChat AI. You retain ownership of your own chat input, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process it for delivering and improving the service. AI-generated content is licensed to you for personal use; commercial use requires written consent.
5Credits, Subscriptions & Refunds
Credits are virtual currency used to unlock premium media, generate images/videos, or extend chat limits. Credits have no cash value and expire 12 months after purchase if unused. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refunds are case-by-case for unused credits within 7 days of purchase, excluding consumed credits. All purchases shown to you in checkout reflect final terms.
6Limitation of Liability
LumiChat AI is provided 'as is'. AI responses are generated content and should not be relied upon as professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid in the 6 months prior.
7Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms when product features, regulations, or our business change. Material updates will be announced 14 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
